Each ornament from our guild is a true piece of Polish heritage, made with heart and skill by artisans who honor this centuries-old craft. We celebrate the art of handmade, ensuring that every ornament you find under our name is a genuine work of art, made with care right here in Poland.

By choosing the Glass Artisans Guild of Poland, you support not only beautiful craftsmanship but also a rich cultural legacy that continues to inspire joy and wonder during the holiday season.

Metzler Bros.

The Metzler Bros. story began in Krakow in the early 2000s with two brothers creating traditional Christmas figurines from paper mache. One brother, driven by a passion for Christmas, made the leap from paper to glass, launching the Metzler Bros. brand of glass ornaments.

Each ornament is made entirely in Poland, from the initial design sketch to the sculpt and finally the blown glass. Every bauble is then hand-painted with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that each piece is a unique and personal work of art, reflecting the craftsmanship behind it.

Glitterlab

At GlitterLab, we bring memories to life by creating artifacts that carry the emotion of precious moments.

We have mastered the ability to craft glass into shapes and designs not normally possible. Our unique process, a closely guarded trade secret, incorporates materials like resin, wood, crystals, and metal to achieve forms found nowhere else.

Our craftsmanship, passed down through generations, is more than a skill—it’s in our DNA. These techniques cannot simply be learned; they are part of our heritage.

Revered designers, artists, and global brands trust our artisans to create custom-designed ornaments that captivate their clients and embody the essence of true craftsmanship.

Mysteria Christmas Ornaments

The Polish tradition of mouth-blowing and hand painting glass ornaments, lies at the very heart of Mysteria. We design and produce Christmas ornaments of the highest standard.

Throughout the time-honoured manufacturing cycle - from mouth-blowing, silvering with native silver, hand decorating, to packaging - each ornament is handled with care and given the special touch needed to produce a one-of-a-kind work of art.

From start to finish, your order is given special attention throughout the whole production process. First, glass tubes are brought in and heated above a burner. Once they soften enough to be modelled, our blowers give them shape, by inserting them into a form, and blowing in to them. The ready ornaments, are then silvered, and sent off to be painted. Here, our decorators  hand paint the ornaments with great attention to detail. Once painted, the ornaments are covered in glitter, and have their tops and labels attached. Lastly they are packed and sent off to the customer.
